Opening Times

We are open daily from 8am to sunset.

There is a ‘last cast’ time displayed on a white board in the Lodge so please take a look at this on your arrival.

If all anglers have caught and left site then we may close 2hrs before sunset so if you are looking to visit for an evening fishing session, then please give us a call so we know to expect you.

Special Events

From time to time we run events such as competitions, charity/corporate or large club days.  For some of these events part or all of the fishery may be closed to day ticket anglers. Details of any restrictions are listed on our calendar and our social media pages.

Rules

Fishing is conditional on acceptance on the following rules:

Whilst you are fishing at Brick Farm Lakes it is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the risks when undertaking this type of unsupervised activity.

• Make sure your boots and tackle have been thoroughly cleaned and dried in order to minimize the risk of the spread of disease, parasites or invasive species.

• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• It is the responsibility of all anglers to hold a valid rod licence

• All anglers are recommended to wear protective glasses and suitable footwear/clothing

• Fly fishing only

• Minimum tippet strength 6lbs

• Maximum 3-fly limit, droppers allowed

• No catch and release

• Respect other anglers

• No wading

• A ticket must be purchased before fishing and is valid on the day of purchase only

• Tickets/ticket allowance is non-transferable and can be used by the named ticket holder only

• When your ticket limit is reached a new ticket or an Additional fish ticket must be purchased from the lodge before you continue fishing

• The Log Book must be filled out on arrival and departure.

• Bags & vehicles may be randomly checked

• No Customer’s dogs are allowed on site

We reserve the right to ask anyone breaking the rules to leave the site immediately, and without a refund.

We accept no liability for personal injuries received by any angler or for any loss or damage to personal property on site
