Learn to fly cast at Brick Farm Lakes with a qualified expert instructor and enjoy the wonderful art of fly fishing.
Your coach will typically teach you about equipment assembly and advice on suitable tackle, safety, overhead and roll casting, essential knots, fly selection and retrieving and landing fish.
Whether you are a complete beginner, want to cast further, iron out some faults, simply brush up your technique or prepare for a holiday spey casting in Scotland, a coaching session at Brick Farm Lakes will help.
Coaching for 1 or 2 people: starts from £25 per hour dependent upon the coach. Two hours coaching for the first lesson is greatly recommended.
Fishing tickets are not included and are payable at Brick Farm Lakes on the day or with fishing ticket vouchers available at the Lodge or by phone. Vouchers for coaching sessions are also available. Please call 01323 832615 to request.

We recommend bringing sunglasses, or normal glasses to protect your eyes, and a cap.
You will also need an Environment Agency rod licence. Details of these can be found at the Environment Agency website.
You can fish on after your coaching session if you would like. You may need another fish ticket if you caught your limit during your lesson!
