CLOSURE OF BRICK FARM LAKES
It is with great regret that I have to announce Brick Farm Lakes will close with effect from 1 August 2019. This is due to economic reasons.
The Lakes will be available to lease from 1 August and I am available to discuss this at any time should anyone be interested (my contact details are below).
Closure will, of course, mean Annie will no longer manage the Lakes on my behalf and we have to regrettably say goodbye to her (although she will obviously always be my sister!!). I am sure you will all agree with me, Annie has done a fantastic job in managing the Lakes from when she started in January 2015 and, after over 4 and a half years of almost constant presence, I am sure she will be missed by all of you. Annie will continue to manage the Lakes until her last day on 31 July so you will all have an opportunity to speak with Annie before then.
Please would you join me in congratulating Annie on the splendid job she has done!
If you would like to give me your feedback or to discuss this with me please get in touch using my contact details below. Should there be sufficient interest, I am also proposing to hold two consultation sessions at 2.00pm on both Saturday 6 July and Saturday 13 July for anyone who would like to speak with me in person.

Brick Farm Lakes is a friendly rural trout fishery set in 50 acres of beautiful East Sussex countryside. Ideal for the experienced or the novice angler.
We are a day-ticket no-booking required fishery, however we can reserve pegs or a lake for a group, special occasion or corporate event.
Currently our Lodge opening time is 7.30am daily and we close at sunset or slightly earlier if all anglers have caught and gone. Last cast is 15 minutes before closing time. Please check in the Lodge for the closing time each day.
The lodge is a beautiful green oak framed, warm, dry and friendly place to get a self-service tea or coffee. And possibly a 'posh coffee' too!
We have three lakes totaling about 4 acres (soon to be 4 lakes totaling 6.5 acres) all very well stocked with a range of sizes of rainbow, brown, blue and golden trout.
